This guidebook is intended for GEAR UP coordinator use. It includes best practices and resources from a variety of sources, which includes but is not limited to, GEAR UP programs from across the nation, the College Board, and the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. It is meant to be a working copy with replicable, customizable tools. It will be updated with resources and lessons learned from our own GEAR UP schools.

Curriculum Enhancement Grant SAMPLE Proposal Form – REVISE AS NEEDED.
Use this form to document participation in all GEAR UP advisory board committee meetings. You will use this form to enter participation records into the WSAC Portal Database. The form must be accurate and legible.
This presentation is designed to help you understand grant expectations, find a community of support, and develop a resource base.
School district staff members, who contribute time to GEAR UP, should complete and sign this form.
We have student and family incentives and printed publications available to GEAR UP schools. Incentives and resources do not come out of your program budget. They are available for free, but must be distributed only to GEAR UP students or GEAR UP families.
