    ($500) - Please explain in 250 words or less why you believe that you should be awarded this scholarship. You must be a junior or senior high school or college student with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better. U.S. citizens only.

  • 11-30-24

    The Leadership 1000 Scholarship awards funding to high school seniors attending eligible high schools and planning to enroll in a Washington state college or university. The scholarship is renewable and available in amounts up to $5,000 per academic year. In addition to the scholarship, scholars receive guidance regarding career, financial aid, and networking opportunities with CSF alums and scholarship donors to ensure students graduate with a four-year degree and succeed in life.

    ($2,000-$4,000) - The Washington State Governors' Scholarship for Foster Youth is a scholarship program that helps young men and women from foster care continue their education and earn a college degree.

  • 11-30-24

    ($5,000) - In 250 words or less submit a response to the question: "What would you say to someone who thinks education doesn't matter, or that college is a waste of time and money?" This award is for U.S. students. Must be 14 years of age or older to apply. Must be a legal U.S. resident. Must reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

    ($20,000) - The Dell Scholars Program emphasizes a student’s determination to succeed more than just academic record and test scores. Our GPA requirement is Grit, Potential, and Ambition. We reward low-income, highly motivated students who are better than their numbers indicate and demonstrate the drive to succeed despite personal obstacles. Our scholars have shown grit, potential, and ambition in their quest for a college education.

    The Ron Brown Scholar Program awards 20 or more college scholarships annually for $40,000 to
    extraordinary African American high school seniors. Students must attend a four-year accredited college or university within the United States.

    $1,000—Today, it’s vital to be a conscious consumer—understanding, handling, and making smart financial decisions. This is especially true for students building financial literacy skills as they start their careers.

    The $25,000 “Be Bold” Scholarship is an accessible no-essay scholarship that will be awarded to the applicant with the boldest profile.

  • 12-30-24

    $1,000 - This is an award for any current or soon-to-be undergraduate student in the United States who has had their life altered due to an injury from a car or truck accident, be it their injury that of a loved one or an influential individual. The Dirk Derrick Scholarship has a quick submission process. Applicants will be judged on their ability to convey an auto accident's lasting effect on their life and their journey to overcome those challenges.

    Open to all U.S. HS students. Applicant must submit an original poem with 20 lines or less. Up to $500.

    Open to K-12 students. 

  • 12-31-24

    ($10,000) - For students 14 and up. Submit an online written response to the question: "Would you rather be smart, funny or rich? Why?" (250 words or less).

    ($1,500) - In 250 words or less, submit a response to the question: "Create a Top Ten List of the top ten reasons you should get this scholarship."

     

  • 01-01-25

    Open to HS seniors. Citizenship/legal residency is required. A total of $20,000 is awarded. Ten (10) winners will receive a scholarship of $2,000 each.

  • 01-03-25

    For college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship with financial assistance to pursue higher education. This national program annually awards numerous students $10,000 in renewable scholarships.
